This week in Northridge we saw 7 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $330,000 - $860,000; for an average of $555,643. Homes were built between 1949 and 1981. They range in size from 1256sf - 3320sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 8 and 116 days, with an average selling time of 39 days.
