This week in Northridge we saw 8 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $300,000 - $1,400,000; for an average of $717,688. Homes were built between 1951 and 1989. They range in size from 1069sf - 6176sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 6 and 140 days, with an average selling time of 44 days.
