As your Real Estate Consultant, I am committed to showing you property based on your criteria, and to finding the property for you to submit an application to rent.  My goal is for us to work together so that we will present the best lease application package to the landlord for consideration.  At times, multiple lease submissions are made to the landlord; however, I want your application to be the one that is chosen.  To achieve this objective, we need to provide the following information when we submit the application to lease a property:

 

â–¡     Proof of source of funds for your security deposit.  You must provide paperwork (ex: statement of account not revealing account number) showing that you have the money available to give a security deposit plus first month’s rent and any key or pet deposits.

 

â–¡     Copy of your full Credit Report with FICO scores sent from legitimate lending institution.  I can help!   Claudia Diaz at iMortgage, can run it for you at $25 per applicant. â–¡     Copy of your recent 2 months pay stubs OR recent 2 years tax returns (if self-employed) for each applicant.

 

â–¡     Copy of the Agency Disclosure signed by each tenant who is on the application and who is 18 years or older.

 

To show the Landlord that you are a serious, qualified tenant, we need to provide sufficient, supportive documentation.  Please use this 4-point checklist and be ready to have all of the above-mentioned proprietary information available for submission with your application to rent.  Some Landlord’s may require additional documents; such as, copies of your driver’s license and/or 3 months pay stubs.  Cooperation is necessary to acquire the property.

 

Please fill out a lease application for each member of the household who is 18 years of age or older. Even if the 18+ year old is a dependent, it is required that a separate application be filled out.  Once your application is accepted, you will sign the lease agreement, provide the cashiers check(s) or money order(s), and then move in!
