Welcome to 2016! Homes and people are starting to move! This past week we saw 13 homes sell in Northridge. The prices ranged from $300,000 - $750,000; and size from 1141sf - 2924sf; and in age from 1950-1995.
Biggest question this month? How many days on the market? The shortest time on market was 6 days. The longest, 146 days, with an average of 51 days -- and this over a month filled with holidays (and being in the news)...
