This week in Northridge we saw 9 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $297,000 - $1,525,000; for an average of $684,556. Homes were built between 1950 - 2001. They range in size from 1224sf - 6801sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 1 and 85 days, with an average selling time of 27 days.
