This week in Northridge we saw 5 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $450,000 - $860,000; for an average of $633,580. Homes were built between 1951 - 1969. They range in size from 1148sf - 3528sf, although the lots range from 6,239sf - 15,526sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 6 and 89 days, with an average selling time of 53 days.
