This week in Northridge we saw 8 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $255,000 - $1,575,000; for an average of $678,375. Homes were built between 1950-1971. They range in size from 1071sf-6307sf, although the lots range from 6001sf-323,272sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 8 and 131 days, with an average selling time of 73 days.
