Northridge MarketWATCH: Pumpkin Spice edition

I was at Ralphs today doing a well-overdue grocery run. I fancied something “pumpkin,” so I bought these Limited Edition chips called “Harvest Pumpkin" Tortilla Chips with cinnamon and nutmeg. They are really good! Just getting into the fall season. I took out time to decorate our house for Halloween. With Dane and Annette gone (and Eric sleeping away his weekend), I was able to record more videos for the website, so keep your eyes out as I finish editing and posting!
I'll be shifting up the search tool on my site in the next week, to be a little more efficient, so that's going to be exciting too. In the mean time, let's take a look at what's going on around here with listings...
Northridge had 23 homes listed this week; ranging in price from $269,000 - $1,047,000; in size from 1072sf - 3662sf; and in age from 1949 -2005.
Since I'm always curious about older homes, I checked out the one at 8407 Aura Av. Wow. You'd NEVER know that it was built in 1949. It has been COMPLETELY renovated with an eye to today's tastes and preferences. I encourage you to look more closely at this home.
