My goal is for us to work together so that we will present the best offer to the seller for consideration. At times, multiple offers are made to the seller; however, I want your offer to be the one that is accepted. To achieve this objective, we need to provide the following information when we make the offer:
â–¡ Proof of source of funds for your down payment. Your Lender must provide paperwork (ex: statement of account not revealing account number) showing that you have the money available to make the down payment for the property.
â–¡ Pre-approval Letter from your bank shows the seller that you are qualified to purchase the property. Another option is the Pre-qualification Letter from your Lender which outlines all terms and conditions including your financial arrangements. Between the two documents, the pre-approval letter is more highly favored from the seller and more strongly
considered in acceptance of your offer; it may make the difference.
â–¡ Guarantee Good Faith Deposit. To secure a firm offer to purchase, you need to submit a check or money order (approximately 3% of the sales price).
â–¡ First page of your Credit Report with FICO scores.
To show that you are a serious buyer, we need to make an appealing offer with supportive documentation to achieve acceptance. My effective method is proven to work for you. Please use this 4-point checklist and be ready to have all of the above mentioned proprietary information available for submission with our offer to purchase.
